摘要
通过对溶剂体系、软硬单体比例及功能单体用量对电子保护膜用压敏胶性能的影响研究,结果表明:甲苯/乙酸乙酯为5/5,丙烯酸-2-乙基己酯//丙烯酸甲酯为8.5/1.5,丙烯酸/丙烯酸羟乙酯为3/7时,保护膜性能较好。剥离力10±5 g/25 mm,涂布流平性好,无晶点;经过高温老化后不掉胶,剥离力增长不大于100%。
The performance of solvent type pressure sensitive adhesive(PSA) for electronic protective film was synthesized by the solvent type, hard and soft monomers contents, functional monomer contents. It was showed that the PSA had good performances when Tol/Ea=5/5, EHA/MA=8.5/1.5,AA/HEA=3/7. The Peel Strength of protective film was 10±5 g/25 mm, the coating appearance was good levelling property; After high temperature aging, the PSA was not transfer, the peeling force growth was not greater than 100 %.
