摘要
建立了分光光度法测定多糖的方法。葡萄糖浓度在2.50~10.00μg/m L之间与吸光度成良好线性关系。线性方程:y=0.0465x-0.0008;相关系数:r=0.9995;检测限为0.126μg/m L。该方法用于槟榔提取物中多糖的测定,结果满意。
This provides a method determining polysaccharide. The linear equation y=0.0465x-0.0008 （r=0.9995） is got with the linear range of 2.50-10.00 μg/mL glucose. The sensitivity is 0.126μg/mL. The developed method is applied to the determination of polysaccharide in areca extract with satisfactory results.
