探求声阻尼砂浆的组成配比及楼板隔声方法 被引量:5

摘要 为探索声阻尼砂浆的组成及配比,以橡胶丝、聚苯乙烯泡沫颗粒、硅粉及偶联剂、金属粉为变量,通过不同的组成及配比,测试砂浆的隔声降噪效果。在不同施工工艺和养护条件下,研究适合声阻尼砂浆的施工工艺以及与其它隔声降噪措施配合使用的方法。经测试,配合其它隔声降噪方法,该声阻尼砂浆可以有效降低噪声,符合GB 50118—2010《民用建筑隔声设计规范》中关于住宅楼板撞击声隔声指标应≤75 d B(A)的要求。 To explore the composition and proportion of acoustic damping mortar, with rubber wire, EPS, silica fume and cou- pling agent, metal powder as a variable, through the combination of different materials, the acoustic noise reduction effect of mortar has been measured under the condition of different composition and ratio of slurry. Explore suitable construction technology for a- coustic damping mortar under the conditions of different construction technology and maintenance. Study the construction process suitable for acoustic damping mortar and the methods used in conjunction with other noise reduction measures. Test results show that the sound damping of mortar combined with other acoustic noise reduction measures can effectively reduce the noise,which meets our specifications requirement that residential floor impact sound insulation index should be less than 75 dB (A)as specified in national standard GB 50118--2010 "Code for design of sound insulation of civil buildings".
