摘要
随着大数据市场的快速发展,出现了一些以收集、使用数据为商业模式进而实现巨大收益的公司,这就引发了人们对数据在经济生活对竞争的影响的巨大关注。考虑到我国首例大数据不正当竞争纠纷案的出现,大数据给竞争带来了新挑战。在此背景下,我国应将竞争政策全面纳入大数据时代,在充分发挥大数据优势的同时,尽可能地降低大数据对竞争的影响,营造一个良性的竞争环境。
With the rapid development of the big data market,there have been some companies that collect and use data to make profits,which has led to great concern about the impact of data on market competition in a economy.Based on the first case of unfair competition dispute in China,big data has brought new challenges to market competition.China should make some competition policies to meet the challenges of big data.We not only fully take the advantages of big data but also reduce the negative impact of big data on the competition and create a healthy environment for market competition.
