摘要
通过分析航天炉粉煤气化工艺中粉煤输送管道的运行工况及存在的问题,提出了高压粉煤输送管道的优化布置方案。优化改造实施后,提升了粉煤气化装置中粉煤输送系统的互备能力,减少了装置的维修次数。
Through analyzing operation conditions and existing problems of pulverized coal pipeline of HT-L pulverized coal gasification process, the optimized layout scheme of high pressure pulverized coal pipeline is proposed. After implementation of the optimization improvement, the mutual standby ability of pulverized coal conveying system of pulverized coal gasification unit is promoted, and frequency of maintenance of the unit is reduced.
