摘要
介绍了Shell粉煤加压气化工艺中CO_2替代N_2作为煤粉输送气的工艺流程及项目实施情况,并对掺入CO_2后的合成气组成及尾气排放量,粗甲醇产量等指标进行了对比。掺入CO_2后,减少了甲醇生产装置中N_2含量,提高了甲醇产量,开辟了副产CO_2应用的新途径。
The process flow and the project execution status were introduced on the CO2 instead of N2 as the coal fine carrier gas for the Shell pressure gasification process. Comparison was made between figures with CO2 and with N2 as the carrier gas, respectively in terms of the syngas composition, amount of tail-gas emission, output of crude methanol, etc. After the blending of CO2, the N2 content in the methanol production unit was decreased, but the methanol output was increased. Thus, new ways of application of the by-product, CO2 was developed.
