摘要
文章结合赴襄阳市农业科学院开展调研的情况,对地市级农业科研机构的发展现状、存在的问题进行了剖析,提出了明确功能定位、完善学科建设、加强人才培养、强化条件建设、创新服务模式、加强合作交流等建议,以期为新形势下地市级农业科研机构发展改革提供参考。
Based on survey of Xiangyang Academy of Agricultural Sciences, the current status of development and existing problems of municipal agricultural research institutions were summarized in the paper. Suggestions were put forward, such as making clear of their positioning, optimizing discipline construction, strengthening talent cultivation, strengthening condition construction, innovating service mode, increasing exchanges and cooperation. The paper is aimed to provide references for development and reform of municipal agricultural research institutions.
