摘要
目的了解某综合医院2016年老年住院死亡患者的主要死因构成,为降低老年患者死亡率,提高医疗质量提供依据。方法收集2016年该院年龄≥60的老年死亡患者病案首页信息,根据ICD-10编码分类,应用帕累托图对死因构成进行统计分析。结果 2016年该院老年住院患者病死率明显高于非老年患者,老年女性病死率高于男性,帕累托图分析结果显示:呼吸系统及循环系统疾病是引起老年人死亡的主要原因。结论老年住院患者死亡风险高,且死亡病因相对集中,医院应有针对性的开展疾病防治工作,优化资源配置,提高医院医疗质量。
Objective To understand the main causes of death in elderly inpatients in a general hospitalin2016,so asto provide basis for reducing mortality and improving medical quality.Methods To collect the information in the front pages of medical records of the aged over 60 elderly death inpatients of this hospitalin 2016.According to the classification of ICD-10, the causes of death was analyzed by using Pareto chart.Results In 2016,the mortality rate of elderly inpatients was significantly higher than that of non-elderlyinpatients and the mortality rate of elderly female is higher than that of male in this hospital.Pareto chart analysis results showed that： respiratory and circulatory diseases are the main causes of death in the elderly. Conclusions The risk of death in elderly inpatients is high, and the causes of death is relatively concentrated. Hospitals should carry out disease prevention and treatment in a targeted way,optimize the allocation of resources and improve the quality of hospital care.
