Analysis of national surveillance results of iodized salt in 2012-2015

摘要 目的了解全国碘缺乏病防治现状,掌握2012-2015年新的盐碘标准实施后居民户碘盐使用的变化情况。方法四次碘盐监测方法相同,均按照《碘缺乏病监测方案》的要求,在全国31个省、自治区、直辖市(以下简称省份)和新疆生产建设兵团(以下简称兵团)以县为单位开展。结果结果显示,2012-2015年全国分别检测非高碘地区居民户食用盐848 728份、851 122份、849 192份和849 193份,全国碘盐覆盖率分别为98.76%、98.75%、98.62%和98.37%;居民户合格碘盐食用率分别为96.60%、96.26%、95.61%和94.57%,呈现持续下降的趋势;2012年全国碘盐碘含量均值为29.15 mg/kg,变异系数为19.69%,而到2015年,全国盐碘均数下降至25.37 mg/kg,变异系数下降至18.02%。结论全国碘盐覆盖率和合格碘盐食用率总体情况比较好,虽近年来呈现逐年下降的趋势,但碘盐的均匀度逐渐提升。 Objective To study the current prevention and control status of iodine deficiency disorders( IDD) and know about the changes of iodized salt consumption at household level, the surveillances were carried out every year from 2012 to 2015.Methods According to "National Surveillance Program on Iodine Deficiency Disorders", the surveillances were conducted at county level in 31 provinces, municipalities, autonomous regions( provinces) and Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps( Xinjiang Corps).Results In total, 848 728, 851 122, 849 192 and 849 193 salt samples were examined, respectively in 2012-2015.The coverage rates of iodized salt were 98.76%, 98.75%, 98.62% and 98.37%; the consumption rates of qualified iodized salt were 96.60%, 96.26%, 95.61% and 94.57%. The consumption rates of qualified iodized salt were decreased from 2012 to 2015.The mean of iodine content in iodized salt was 29.15 mg/kg and the coefficient of variation was 19.69% in 2012, while in 2015,the mean was decreased to 25.37 mg/kg and coefficient of variation was also declined.Conclusions The coverage rates of iodized salt and the consumption rates of qualified iodized salt were in a good condition. Although these two rates showed a downtrend,the homogeneous degree of the iodized salt was gradually raised year by year.
