摘要
目的探讨急诊外伤患者清创缝合术的护理要点及对策。方法选取本院2016年8月—2017年3月接受治疗的急诊外伤患者224例作为研究对象。依循随机数字法,将其分为实验组与对照组,每组各112例。实验组结合护理要点采取护理对策,对照组采用常规护理,比较两组患者焦虑评分、一级愈合率。结果实验组一级愈合率为82.14%,焦虑评分为(39.16±8.25)分,均优于对照组,组间对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论根据急诊外伤患者的护理要点采取相应的护理对策能够提高其一级愈合率,也能够降低其焦虑评分。
Objective To explore the nursing points and Countermeasures of debridement and suture for emergency trauma patients. Methods 224 cases of emergency trauma patients treated in our hospital from August 2016 to March 2017 were selected as the subjects. According to the random number method, they were divided into the experimental group and the control group, 112 cases in each group. The experimental group was treated with nursing measures according to the main points of nursing, the control group received routine nursing care, the anxiety score and primary healing rate were compared between two groups. Results The primary healing rate of the experimental group was 82.14%, and the anxiety score was （39.16 ± 8.25） points, which were better than that of the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion According to the nursing points of emergency trauma patients, the corresponding nursing measures can improve the primary healing rate and reduce the anxiety score.
