摘要
目的探讨优质护理服务在急诊手术患者中的应用效果。方法选择2011年12月—2012年2月收治的100例急诊手术患者为观察组,实施优质护理服务,选择2011年10—11月收治的100例急诊手术患者为对照组,采用传统的护理服务,观察2组患者的护理效果。结果观察组的手术物品准备时间、手术进行时间少于对照组,手术成功率高于对照组,患者术前的焦虑、抑郁评分、护理缺陷率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组在手术准确性、配合性以及积极性方面的评分高于对照组,在环境设施、服务态度、护理过程、护理结果等方面的护理满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质护理服务有利于急诊手术有计划性、规范性和科学性的开展,提高了急诊手术的成功率和患者的满意度。
Objective To explore the application effect of high quality nursing in emergency operation patients. Methods A total of 100 emergency operation patients in our hospital from December 2011 to February 2012 in our hospital were chosen as the observation group and were given quality nursing. Another 100 emergency operation patients in our hospital from October 2011 to November 2011 were chosen as the control group and they were given traditional nursing service. Nursing effect was observed between the two groups. Results The operation preparation time and operation time in the observation group was less than that in the control group,the success rate of operation was higher than that in the control group,preoperative anxiety and depression scores,nursing defect rate was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）.The scores of operation accuracy,coordination and positivity in the observation group were higher than that in the control group,nursing satisfaction in environmental facilities,service attitude and nursing effect was higher than that in the control group,which showed significant differences（ P〈0. 05）.Conclusion The high quality nursing service makes emergency operation more planning,normative and scientific and it improves success rate and satisfaction in the emergency operations.
