摘要
文章通过对煤矸石与钢渣粉原材料机理分析,将2种固体废弃物进行混合热处理制备活性混合料,分析钢渣中游离氧化钙质量分数的变化,探讨该热处理混合料对水泥基材料性能的影响,试验结果表明:煤矸石对钢渣中的游离氧化钙有显著降低作用;随着热处理混合料掺量的增加,水泥石体积补偿收缩效果明显;当掺入20%煤矸石与钢渣粉混合,其强度比单掺钢渣粉有显著提高。
Based on the mechanism analysis of coal waste and slag powder raw material, two kinds ofsolid wastes were mixed and heated to prepare active mixtures, and the content of free calcium oxidein steel slag was studied. The effect of the mixtures on the performance of cement-based materials wasanalyzed. The results showed that the content of free calcium oxide in steel slag was significantly re-duced by coal gangue. With the increase of the content of the mixtures, the volume shrinkage com-pensation effect of the cement stone was obviously improved. The strength of the cement stone mixedwith 20% coal gangue and steel slag was better than that of the cement stone just mixed with steelslag.
