高温碳化硅陶瓷涂层的制备和性能 被引量:3

摘要 采用涂刷法与氩弧焊熔覆技术相结合方法,在碳/碳复合材料表面制备碳化硅(SiC)涂层,用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)等技术对SiC涂层的微观结构和物相组成进行了表征。测试SiC陶瓷涂层的抗氧化性能和耐烧蚀性能。结果表明:在原料组分n(SiC)∶n(Si)=1∶0.5时,涂刷预涂层0.6~1mm,氩弧焊电流135A时,碳/碳复合材料表面形成SiC涂层。扫描电镜照片显示涂层与基体结合良好。在1600℃下SiC涂层氧化增重仅为0.8%;氧乙炔火焰烧蚀测试表明制备的SiC陶瓷涂层有良好的耐烧蚀性。 The SiC high temperature ceramic coatings were prepared on the C/C composite surface by brushing method and TIG welding process, and the obtained ceramic coatings were characterized using X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The oxidation resistance and ablation resistance of the high ceramic coatings were also measured. The results show the SiC coatings can be obtained when n (SiC) : n (Si) is 1:0. 5 ,the pre-coatings brushing is 0. 6mm and the TIG welding current is 135A. SEM anal- ysis showed that the SiC coating was well combined with the graphite matrix. The oxidation weight gain of the SiC coatings was only 0. 8% at 1600 ℃. The oxyacetylene flame ablation tests show that the SiC coatings have good ablation resistance.
