摘要
将碳纳米管(CNTs)通过十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)表面活性剂水溶液进行分散,再将中间相炭微球(MCMB)加入到分散后的CNTs悬浮液中进行混合,通过烘干、过筛、等静压和炭化制备出高性能的各向同性炭材料。结果表明,经过不同质量浓度表面活性剂分散后的CNTs所制备的炭材料,其物理性能(密度、收缩率和开孔率)和导电性能均有显著改善。当表面活性剂质量浓度从0增加到0.48 g/L时,抗弯强度从36.34 MPa增加到42.78 MPa,抗压强度从175.68 MPa增加到215.77 MPa,分别提升了17.72%和22.82%。
Carbon nanotubes(CNTs)were dispersed by sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS)surfactant aqueous solution,and mesocarbon microbeads(MCMB)were added to the dispersed CNTs suspension for mixing.A high-performance isotropic carbon material was prepared by drying,sieving,isostatic pressing,and carbonization.The results show that the physical properties(density,shrinkage and porosity)and electrical conductivity of carbon materials prepared by CNTs dispersed with different concentrations of surfactants are significantly improved.When the surfactant concentration increases from 0 to 0.48 g/L,the bending strength increases from 36.34 MPa to 42.78 MPa,and the compressive strength increases from 175.68 MPa to 215.77 MPa,which are higher by 17.72%and 22.82%,respectively.
