摘要
污水处理厂运行过程中产生的大量气态污染物,对周围环境和人体健康造成极大影响。详细阐述了污水处理厂的臭气收集系统及臭气处理系统。分析了臭气收集管道材质的选用,反吊膜对构筑物密闭加盖、膜材结构、污水运行时开启方式及与废气管道连接方式等。给出了臭气处理系统工艺条件的控制数据。对于解决污水处理厂臭气引起的二次污染除臭系统的设计和建设投资具有指导意义。
Massive gaseous pollutants produced during the operation of a sewage treatment plant have great impact on surroundings and human health. Odorous gas collection and treatment systems for sewage treatment plants were described in detail. Choosing pipe materials for odour collection, sealing and capping the structures with tensile membrane, membrane material textures, the ways to open the capped structures and to connect the exhaust pipe during the operation of sewage treatment, and etc. were analysed. Data about the control over the processing conditions of odorous gas collection system were given. It could be a guide to the design and construction of a deodorization system for dealing with the secondary pollution caused by odorous gas in sewage treatment plants.
