基于可持续思想的中小学校园建筑研究——以夏热冬冷地区为例 被引量:2

摘要 作为社区生活的基础配套设施,中小学校随着城市化进程的加快和居住区的增加而大量兴建。然而,当前的中小学校园建筑大多缺乏对可持续设计思想的考虑,尤以夏热冬冷地区较为严重。基于这一背景,文章通过找寻既有建筑中存在的问题与不足,结合对优秀校园建筑设计案例的学习,从目前可持续建筑设计的一般性方法理论中提炼出适用于夏热冬冷地区中小学校园建筑的专有策略,从而实现夏热冬冷地区校园建筑的可持续发展。 As basic supporting facilities of residential areas, primary and secondary schools are being built widely which is caused by the accelerating urbanization process and increasing residential areas. Nevertheless, most of the present primary and secondary schools are lack of the consideration of sustainable design, especially in zones hot in summer and cold in winter. Based on this background, this article looks for the existing problem and deficiency in these existing buildings, and combined with the study for the outstanding architecture design cases, we concludes some special strategies which is suited for primary and secondary schools in zones hot in summer and cold in winter from present general methods in sustainable architecture design, which achieves the aim of sustainable development for primary and secondary schools in zones hot in summer and cold in winter.
