摘要
上海自由贸易试验区是我国建立的第一个自由贸易区,正式挂牌运行以来,贸易便利化、投资自由化和金融国际化等各项主要任务稳步推进,形成了一批可复制、可推广的创新经验,尤其在金融开放方面取得显著成效。在新常态经济背景下,安徽省将积极对接"一带一路"建设、长江经济带以及全面优化营商环境等国家"三大战略",全力打造内陆开放新高地。当前安徽的内陆开放型经济发展与沿海地区仍存在较大差距,金融开放水平不高。因此,针对上海自贸区金融开放的发展情况,总结经验,对安徽省打造内陆开放新高地具有重要的借鉴意义。
The Shanghai Free Trade Zone is the first free trade zone established in China. Since the formal free-trade zone was put into operation, major tasks such as trade facilitation, investment liberalization and financial internationalization have been steadily progressing, forming a batch of replicable and propagable innovative experience, especially in the financial sector, which has achieved remarkable results. In the new normal economy, Anhui will actively dock ＂along the way＂, the construction of the Yangtze River Economic Zone and a comprehensive optimization of the business environment, which are countries ＂three strategies＂, to create an inland opening new Highland. There is still a wide gap between the current inland open economic development in Anhui and coastal area. The financial openness level of Anhui is not high. Therefore, in view of the development of the FTZ in Shanghai, summing up the experience is of great significance to build an inland opening new highland in Anhui Province.
