摘要
本文以混凝土湿喷机械组在马安高速公路龙头湾隧道的实践应用为例,从工艺技术与设备科学管理的角度,分析如何熟练地掌握湿喷机械组的喷射技术,从而降低施工成本,提高施工效率,保证施工质量,满足安全环保要求,为其他公路、铁路隧道初期支护提供借鉴,并为湿喷机组改良提出合理化建议。
As the initial support equipment of highway and railway tunnel, concrete wet spraying machine has developed rapidly in recent years. Based on the concrete wet spraying machinery group practice in Ma-an expressway leading bay tunnel as an example, from the management of technology and equipment of scientific point of view, analysis of how to grasp the injection technology of wet spraying machinery group, in order to reduce construction cost and improve the efficiency of construction, ensure the construction quality and meet the safety requirements of environmental protection, for other road railway tunnel initial support provided a reference for the wet spraying unit improvement suggestions.
