摘要
目的探究他达拉非每日一次给药对中老年男性勃起功能障碍(ED)患者血清睾酮水平的影响。方法选择2014年8月-2016年8月深圳市龙岗区人民医院收治的40例中老年男性ED患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各20例,观察组给予他达拉非每日一次给药治疗(他达拉非,5 mg/d,口服),对照组给予他达拉非按需服用20 mg治疗。对比两组治疗效果。结果观察组治疗后IIEF-5评分为(20.71±3.92)分,SEP评分为(4.04±1.07)分,均高于对照组的(18.51±4.14)分、(3.42±1.09)分;观察组治疗后FT为(0.39±0.06)nmol/L,TT为(15.42±3.24)nmol/L,均高于对照组的(0.21±0.05)nmol/L、(10.26±1.21)nmol/L;观察组治疗后性生活满意度为85.0%,高于对照组的55.0%;差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用他达拉非每日一次给药治疗中老年男性ED患者,可有效改善血清睾酮水平,提高性生活质量,疗效确切,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To probe into the influence of tadalafil once daily on testosterone level in serum of patients with senile erectile dysfunction （ED）. Methods 40 elderly patients with ED in Longgang District People＇s Hospital of Shenzhen City from August 2014 to August 2016 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group with 20 cases in each group. The observation group was given tadalafil once daily dosing treatment （tadalafil, 5 rag/d, oral）, while the control group was given 20 mg of tadalafil according to the need. The treatment effect of the two groups were compared. Results After treat- ment, the IIEF-5 score and SEP score of the observation group were （20.71±3.92） points and （4.04±1.07） points, which were higher than those of the control group with （18.51 ±4.14） points and （3.42±1.09） points;The FT and TY of the observation group were （0.39±0.06） nmol/L and （15.42±3.24） nmol/L ,which were higher than those of the control group with （0.21±0.05） nmol/L and （10.26±1.21） nmol/L; The sexual life sat- isfaction of the observation group was 85.0%, which was higher than that of the control group with 55.0%; The differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Tadalafil once daily in the treatment of elderly male patients with ED, can effectively improve the level of serum testosterone, improve the quality of sexual life. The clinical effect is exact and worthy to be applied in the clinical.
