摘要
采用堆焊技术提高球墨铸铁的表面硬度。结果表明:利用一种低碳多元合金焊条可在球墨铸铁表面形成一定厚度的熔合层,通过调整焊接工艺参数,可在熔合层组织中获得针状马氏体和残余奥氏体,有效地提高了球墨铸铁的表面硬度,且焊接开裂倾向较小。
Surfacing welding technology was proposed to improve the surface hardness of nodular cast iron. The results show that a certain thickness of the fusion layer on the surface of nodular cast iron can be formed by using a low carbon multielement alloy electrode. The martensite and retained austenite in the fusion layer can be obtained by adjusting the welding process parameters, effectively improving the surface hardness of ductile iron, and decreasing the welding cracking tend.
