摘要
为了提高检验质量,在球形储罐定期检验中增加了衍射时差法检测(TOFD),使得焊缝内部裂纹和未熔合缺陷的检出率提高。进一步加深检验人员对缺陷类型、检验方法的理解,有助于掌握容器缺陷的分布规律,为检验人员有针对性的开展容器定期检验工作提供理论参考,提高缺陷的检出率,确保球形储罐的安全运行。
In order to improve inspection quality, the TOFD test method is added in the regular inspection of spherical tank, which makes the detection rate of internal cracks and non fusion defects in the welded joint increase. To make inspection personnel further deeply understand defect types and inspection method, master the distribution law of vessel defect, the test method was developed for vessels periodical inspection.
