摘要
某炼化企业的24台球形储罐投用后在首次进行定期检验时发现大量超标缺陷。本文通过对检验结果汇总,以介质、材质、失效模式、缺陷部位等为切入点,分析了该类设备易产生的主要缺陷及其影响因素,提出了定期检验时的检验重点,旨在为后期制定高效且有针对性的定期检验方案提供数据支撑,保障检验质量。
A large number of over standard defects were found in the first regular inspection of 24 spherical tanks in a refinery after they were put into operation.Based on the summary of the inspection results,this paper analyzes the main defects and their influence factors of this kind of equipment through medium,material,failure mode and defect location,and puts forward the focus of regular inspection.The purpose is to provide data support for the later development of efficient and targeted regular inspection scheme,and to ensure the inspection quality.
