摘要
目的了解2016年宝鸡市失独者的心理健康状况及其影响因素,为制定有效的干预措施提供依据。方法随机选取宝鸡市3个县区的249名失独者作为调查对象采用自制问卷和简易心理状况评定量表Kessler 10(K10)对其进行调查。结果在调查的249名失独者中,51%以上失独者患心理疾患的危险性较高,其K10平均值为(24.37±9.92)。影响失独者心理健康的因素包括一般状况、身体健康状况和心理自评状况等。失独年限与心理健康状况呈现"U"字型特点。结论失独老人心理健康受诸多因素的影响,宝鸡市失独者的心理健康水平有待提高。
[Objective]To evaluate the mental health level and its influencing factors of the parents who have lost their only child in Baoji City in 2016,provide the basis for making effective intervention measures.[Methods]249 parents who have lost their only child were randomly collected from 3 counties/districts of Baoji City,and were investigated with the self-made questionnaire and the Kessler Psychological Distress Scale（K10）. [Results]Among 249 respondents,over 51% had the higher risk of mental disorders,and their average value of K10 was（24.37±9.92）. The factors influencing the mental health level of the parents who have lost their only child included the general status,physical health and the psychological self rating status. The years of losing child and mental health condition showed a U-shaped feature. [Conclusion]The mental health level of the parents who have lost their only child is affected by many factors,and the mental health level of this population in Baoji City needs to be improved.
