摘要
设备是企业至关重要的施工工具。在新形势下,加强企业设备管理力度,一方面可以延长设备使用寿命,充分发挥设备使用效能,另一方面可以有效地降低企业地成本,对提升企业经营管理效益具有重要的现实意义。认清企业设备管理存在的问题,强化企业设备管理工作流程,积极寻求企业设备管理工作的对策,从而提高企业设备管理水平。
Equipments are important service tools for an enterprise. Strengthening enterprise equipment management contributes to extending equipments＇ service life and effectively bringing down enterprise cost, which is of practical significance in promoting enterprise operation and management benefits. We should see clearly the problems existing in enterprise equipment management, strengthen its working process and actively explore its countermeasures to improve its level.
