摘要
介绍了1200 t/d国产大豆预处理浸出设备技术改造方案。通过对DTDC、平转浸出器结构改造,改进了负压蒸发和尾气回收系统;通过增加膨化机和箱式流化床,可将大豆处理量从1200 t/d提高到1760 t/d。改造后的生产线溶耗2.8 kg/t,电耗28 kW.h/t,汽耗270 kg/t,水耗580 kg/t。
The technical modification project of domestic large - scale pretreatment and extraction equipment for soybean oil extraction plant was introduced. The capacity of soybean processing could increased from 1 200 t/d to 1 760 t/d by modifying the structure of DTDC and rotocel extractor,improving the vacu- um evaporation and solvent recovery system, and increasing expander and chamber- type fluidized bed. After modification, the energy consumption was decreased, and the solvent loss, power consumption, steam consumption and water consumption was 2.8 kg/t,28 kW·h/t,270 kg/t and 580 kg/t, respectively.
