消腺汤联合超激光治疗小儿腺样体肥大疗效分析 被引量:6

Effect of Xiaoxian Tang Combined with Super Laser in Treating Adenoid Hypertrophy in Children

摘要 目的 :观察消腺汤联合超激光治疗小儿腺样体肥大的临床疗效。方法 :选取80例腺样体肥大患儿为研究对象,随机分为治疗组和对照组各40例。治疗组予消腺汤口服联合超激光治疗,对照组采用糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂治疗。观察2组临床症状的改善情况,及治疗前后腺样体大小的变化。结果:治疗组总有效率87.5%,对照组总有效率62.5%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组鼻塞、张口呼吸及睡眠打鼾积分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,2组3项症状积分均较治疗前下降(P<0.05);治疗组张口呼吸、睡眠打鼾症状积分均低于对照组(P<0.05);2组鼻塞积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,2组腺样体均较治疗前缩小(P<0.05);治疗组的腺样体小于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:消腺汤联合超激光治疗小儿腺样体肥大安全有效,可缩小腺样体体积。 Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Xiaoxian tang combined with super laser in treating adenoid hypertrophy in children. Methods. Divided 80 cases of children with adenoid hypertrophy into the treatment group and the control group randomly, 40 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with oral Xiaoxian tang combined with super laser, while the control was treated with mometasone furoate nasal sprays. Observed improvement of clinical symptoms in both groups, and change of volume of adenoid sample before and after treatment. Results. The total effective rate was 87.5% in the treatment group, and was 62.5% in the control group, the difference being significant (P〈 0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference in scores of nasal obstruction, mouth breathing and snoring in the two groups (P 〉 0.05).After treatment, the symptom scores in both groups were all decreased when compared with those before treatment (P 〈0.05); scores of the treatment group were all lower than those of the control group (P〈 0.05). Compared scores of nasal obstruction in both groups, there was no significant difference (P〉 0.05). After treatment, volume of adenoid in both groups was decreased as compared with before treatment (P 〈 0.05); volume of adenoid in the treatment group was smaller than that in the control group (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion: Xiaoxian tang combined with super laser is safe and effective in treating adenoid hypertrophy in children, which can reduce the volume of adenoid.
