摘要
为了解大肠杆菌在黑龙江和吉林两个省份中健康貉的耐药情况,利用K-B纸片法对22种抗生素检测其大肠杆菌的敏感性。结果表明,貉源大肠杆菌的分离菌株表现出不同程度的耐药性。对头孢噻吩的耐药性最强(92.68%),对氨苄西林、四环素的耐药率在60%以上,对亚胺培南、阿米卡星、庆大霉素和多黏菌素B的敏感率均在90%以上。
We tested the susceptibility of Escherichia coil to 22 antimicrobial agents using the agar diffusion test to investigate the diversity of antimicrobial resistance of E. coil from Raccoon dog ( Nyctereutes procyonoides) in Heilongjiang and Jilin provinces in northeast China. The strains of E. coilisolated from raccoon dog sustained varying degrees of resistance. Resistance to cepha- lothin was the highest(93% ), that to ampicillin and tetracycline was over 60%. usceptibilities to imipenem, amikacin, gentamycin and polymyxinB were all above 90%.
