伴有破骨细胞样巨细胞的十二指肠未分化癌1例 被引量：3

摘要 患者男性,69岁。因胆总管探查术后3个月,乏力2天入院。查体：贫血貌,腹平坦,全腹无压痛、反跳痛及腹肌紧张,未触及包块。T管造影：肝内外胆管扩张,以肝外胆管为著,胆总管下端局部狭窄,并见杯口样充盈缺损,考虑结石可能。CT平扫示十二指肠降段肿物并低位胆道梗阻,其内侧缘见软组织密度团块影突向腔内,边缘欠清,腔偏心性狭窄。增强CT示十二指肠降段乳头处见一菜花样肿块突入管腔,大小约3.9 cm×3.8 cm×5.9 cm。
