摘要
我国未成年人校园欺凌问题已经引起了社会的广泛关注。但我国现有法律、法规及有关制度,尚不足以遏制校园欺凌行为,保护被欺凌者的合法权益。我国有必要修改现行相关法律制度,使实践中对校园欺凌的处理有法律依据。在此基础上,引入社会工作机制对校园欺凌的介入,建立完善的学校防治体系,有效预防校园欺凌行为的发生,依法惩治欺凌者,保护被欺凌者的合法权益,为我国未成年人营造健康、阳光的校园环境。
The problem of campus bullying and humiliation among persons under age has caused extensive concern in our country. However, our present law, legislation and regulation are not enough to control campus bulling and humiliation completely,and protect the victim＇s legal rights and benefit. Therefore, it is necessary for our country to revise present related legislation, so as to provide a legal foundation for dealing with campus and humiliation. Besides, it is essential to introduce the social work mechanism and build the perfect school prevention and cure system, so as to prevent campus bullying and humiliation behaviors, punish offend- ers and criminals and protect the victim~ legal right and benefit, and thus create the healthy and sunny campus environment for persons under age in our country.
