摘要
目的探求安全管理在提高儿科护理管理质量中的应用价值。方法以四川省广汉市人民医院2014年1月—2015年1月期间所收治的320例儿科患儿为研究对象,将这些患儿随机分为观察组与对照组。对照组的患儿使用常规的护理方式,观察组的患儿将安全管理纳入护理管理的方式中。结果对照组患儿的护理满意程度明显低于观察组(P<0.05),对照组所出现的医疗纠纷显著高于观察组(P<0.05)。结论把安全管理应用在儿科护理的管理工作之中,可以及时发现护理中的一些问题,有效减少医疗纠纷,进而提高护理的满意程度。
Objective To study the application value of safety management in improving the nursing management quality in the department of pediatrics.Methods 320 cases of children admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2014 to January2015 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,the control group and the observation group respectively adopted the routine nursing method and safety nursing management.Results The nursing satisfactory degree in the control group was obviously lower than that in the observation group(P<0.05),and the incidence rate of medical disputes in the control group was obviously higher than that in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of safety management in the nursing management work in the department of pediatrics can find out some problems in time,effectively reduce the medical disputes thus improving the nursing satisfactory degree of nursing.
