摘要
目的分析儿科护理工作中常见的安全隐患,总结预见性的防范对策。方法本文选取120例儿科患者的临床资料进行回顾性总结,按照住院的不同时间段分为对照组和观察组各60例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上采取预见性防范对策。比较两组患者不良事件的发生率。结果观察组不良事件发生率为3.3%(2/60),对照组为15.0%(9/60),两组不良事件发生率相比,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.904 1,P=0.026 8)。结论儿科护理工作中不安全因素较多,根据不安全因素的分析采取预见性的护理措施,能够有效降低不良事件的发生率,确保护理安全。
Objective To analyze the common safety hidden trouble in pediatric nursing, and to summarize the preventive measures. Methods The clinical data of 120 cases of pediatric patients were retrospectively summarized. According to the different time periods of hospitalization,60 cases were divided into the control group and the observation group. The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was taken on the basis of the control group. The incidence of adverse events was compared between the two groups. Results The observation group the incidence of adverse events was 3.3%（2/60）,the control group was 15.0%（9/60）,the two groups the incidence of adverse events was compared,the difference was statistically significant（χ2=4.904 1,P=0.026 8）. Conclusion There are many unsafe factors in pediatric nursing work. According to the analysis of unsafe factors,predictive nursing measures can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse events and ensure the safety of nursing.
