摘要
开断并联电容器组时,由于断路器动、静触头间隙重击穿将引发严重的操作过电压,降低电气设备绝缘水平,影响电网稳定运行。为此,本文分析了开断单相电容器和三相电容器产生过电压的机理,在PSCAD软件中搭建了考虑绝缘介质强度暂态恢复特性的断路器分闸暂态模型,仿真了断路器发生多次重击穿时,断路器电流电压以及电容器极间电压特性。仿真结果与理论分析基本一致,证明了暂态模型的正确性。
When shunt capacitor banks are switched off, restrike in the gap of moving and stationary breaker con-tacts will result in serious switching overvoltage, , which can decrease insulation level of electric equipment and even affect stable operation in power grid. Therefore, in this paper, the mechanism of overvoltage caused when single phase capacitor and three - phase capacitor are switched off is analyzed, a transient model of breaker^ s opening is built in PSCAD software considering the transient recovery characteristics of dielectric strength and the characteris-tics of breaker ^ s curent and voltage as well as characteristics of capacitor's voltage between teo electrodes are sim-ulated when restrike happens for multiple times in breaker. The simulation results are basically consistent with the theoretical analysis, verifying the correctness of transient model.
