摘要
并联电容器过电压保护是基于电压有效值基础上的反时限保护。电容器母线电压因含有谐波而发生畸变,因此在过电压保护时要分别计算实际的电压有效值和峰值。文章给出了谐波条件下的并联电容器过电压保护的一种实现方法,介绍了实际电压有效值和峰值的计算方法和有效值选取的原则。
Shunt banks over-voltage protection is an inverse-time protection based on the rms voltage. Capacitor bus voltage is distorted due to harmonics, so both the rms and crest values of the waveform should be measured in the overvohage protection. This paper gives a method of shunt capacitors protection exposed to harmonic over-voltage, the algorithm for the rms and crest values of the waveform and the scheme of choosing the rms voltage.
