摘要
载人飞船测试模式复杂、参数多,自动化测试一直难以全面应用。文章提出的自动化过程控制与分析平台,以全周期测试过程为对象进行设计,采用子项目设计的方法将复杂的项目层层分解并进行组合复用,以解决载人飞船难以应用自动化测试的难题。自动化测试平台具有指令自动发送过程控制、参数自动分析判读、过程数据与管理信息自动收集等功能,是一个自顶而下的全周期测试平台,可将测试工作前移,在分系统联试阶段即开始程序设计、判据设计与验证工作,将人的经验固化,实现由主观经验到客观知识的转变。该平台在神舟11号载人飞船综合测试任务中首次进行应用,覆盖了任务期间地面测试阶段的全部测试项目,测试效率综合提升约30%。该平台积累的知识库和管理经验可直接应用于后续载人飞船,并可应用于空间站等其他载人航天器。
Whole-process automatic test is difficult to be realized because of the multi-parameters, complex test modes fetors of manned spaceship. An automatic test platform is designed consider-ing the whole test process, in which test sub-item design is carried out to resolve the complex test project into non-decomposable elements and then regroup them again for different test projects. The application of this platform solves the problem above, and can cover all the test projects de-mands in the whole test life time of manned spaceship. The platform is a up to bottom designed whole process platform, which has the functions of control command auto-run process control, parameter automatic interpretation analysis, process data auto-collect and so on. Test design of getting automatic test procedure, automatic diagnostic knowledge has been done on earlier step in the manned spaceship production period, and human experience has been solidified, subjective ex-perience has been turned into objective knowledge as well. The platform has been used in the in-tegration test of SZ-11 manned spaceship for the first time, and covers all the test projects in the whole ground test mission above 30 % efficiency improved. The platform acquires the knowledge and management experience which can directly apply the subsequent manned spaceships, and can be also extended to other manned spacecraft such as space station and so on.
