摘要
针对卫星低频接口测试主要依靠人工操作,导致接口测试自动化程度低,测试效率不高,测试受主观因素影响大的问题,通过对现有测试工具和测试方法的分析,并充分考虑系统的可靠性和安全性,设计了一种卫星低频接口自动测试系统。该系统包括一套硬件设备和一套控制软件,硬件设备与星上电缆通过转接电缆连接后,在控制软件的控制下自动完成星上电缆中所有待测点的接口测试工作。测试结果表明:测试效率提高了50%;系统规范了低频接口测试流程,并有效降低了测试人员的劳动强度。
The low frequency interface test relies on manual operation, which leads to the low automatization and efficiency, and test result is sensitive to subjective desire. A test system is introduced by researching the existing test methods and test appliances and considering the reliability and safety. The test system is made up of a device and an operation software. It can complete the tests automatically under the control of the operation software after built-up connection between the cables and the devices of the satellite. The system test results show that the efficiency can increase by 50%, the system fixes the test procedure and the work intensity of the operator decreases.
