摘要
目的 :观察老年人牙周膜细胞Fas apo 1(CD95 )抗原和诱导型一氧化氮合酶 (iNOS)的表达情况。 方法 :采用免疫组化方法 ,对 2例培养的老年人牙周膜细胞和 3例培养的青年人牙周膜细胞的Fas apo 1(CD95 )抗原和iNOS的表达进行比较研究。 结果 :老年组牙周膜细胞Fas apo 1(CD95 )抗原胞核及胞质强阳性表达 ,且强于青年组 ;老年组牙周膜细胞胞核及胞质iNOS阳性表达 ,而青年组为阴性表达。 结论
Objectives:To observe the expression of Fas-antigen and the inducible nitric oxide synthesis(iNOS) in periodontal ligament cells in olds. Methods:The expressions of Fas-antigen and iNOS in periodontal ligament cells in 2 old people were measured with immunohistochemical method and were compared with those in 3 young people. Results:The expression of Fas-antigen in periodontal ligament cells in olds was more obvious than that in periodontal ligament cells in young people. The expression of iNOS in periodontal ligament cells in olds was positive, however, the expression of iNOS in periodontal ligament cells in young people was negative. Conclusions:The decrease of proliferation of periodontal ligament cells in olds caused by aging was related to the increasing of sensitivity to apoptosis in periodontal ligament cells in olds.
