摘要
在水温(26.79±0.82)℃、pH 7.78±0.18、溶解氧(6.22±1.09)mg/L的条件下,采用96 h半静水法研究了氨氮和亚硝态氮对体长为(20.60±2.17)mm、体质量为(0.09±0.03)g的杂交鲌先锋1号的急性毒性效应。结果表明,氨氮对杂交鲌先锋1号的24、48、72和96 h的半致死浓度(LC_(50))及安全浓度(SC)分别为54.84、41.18、36.42、35.76和3.58 mg/L,对应的非离子氨的LC50及SC分别为2.05、1.54、1.36、1.34和0.13 mg/L,亚硝态氮对杂交鲌先锋1号的24、48、72和96 h的LC_(50)及SC分别为19.55、17.31、16.43、15.82和1.58 mg/L。
The acute toxicity of ammonia nitrogen and nitrite on juvenile Erythroculter ilishaeformis (♀)×Ancherythroculter nigrocauda(♂) hybrid F1 with total length of (20.60±2.17) mm and wet body weight of (0.09±0.03) g was studied by 96 h semi-static bioassays under conditions of water temperature(26.79±0.82)℃,pH 7.78±0.18 and dissolved oxygen level of (6.22± 1.09)mg∕L. The results showed that the half lethal concentrations (LC50) and the safe concentrations (SC)of ammonia nitrogen on juvenile hybrid F1 at 24,48,72 and 96 h were 54.84,41.18,36.42,35.76 and 3.58 mg∕L respectively,and corresponding non-ionic ammonia concentrations were 2.05,1.54,1.36,1.34 and 0.13 mg∕L respectively,the half lethal concentrations(LC50) and the safe concentrations(SC) of nitrite on juvenile hybrid F1 were 19.55,17.31,16.43,15.82 and 1.58 mg∕L respectively.
