摘要
近年来,暴发了由嗜水气单胞菌(Aeromonashydrophila)引起的流行病,危害鲤、鲫、鲢和鳙等几乎所有的淡水鱼类,其主要病理特征为患鱼各器官广泛出血,而组胺含量过高是引起出血的重要原因,环境污染,特别是氮污染则是诱发组胺产生的主要生态因子。改善生态环境,提高血液pH,可以防治暴发性流行病。
In recent years, the acute epidemic disease by Aeromonas hydrophila has been harming most of cultured freshwater fishes including common carp, crucian carp, silver carp, cultured bighead carp, etc. The major pathological characters of diseased fish are haemorrhage of all tissues and organs.The high level of histamine in fish body is the principal factor of hemorrhage. The histamine concentration in the blood of normal carp is 3~6 μg/g, but in the diseased fishes it is including high level histamine improving ecological environment, increasing alkaline level and anion ions of pond water, raising the pH value in water environment and fish blood can control the acute epidemic disease by bacteria and viruses.
