摘要
高校入党联系人对于积极分子的成长有至关重要的作用。然而,就目前入党联系人的工作情况来说,不容乐观。积极分子对自身职责不明确,对积极分子的联系工作浮于表面,流于形式,对积极分子的生活等关心不够,难以与积极分子建立亲密的联系。产生此类现象的原因在于入党联系人缺乏责任意识,不重视自己的联系工作。强烈的责任意识是入党联系人的内在动力,也是保障其工作顺利完成的外部推力,更是促进入党联系人自身成长的动力。因此,高校应加强对入党联系人的责任意识培养,首先注重理论素养的培养,扎实理论功底,提高党性修养;其次在于多元的培训,通过多样的培训形式,增强内在的责任心;同时,也要注重反馈激励,保障外部的动力。
The university Party contact has an important role for active growth. However,the current Party contact work,is not optimistic. Activists of their responsibilities is not clear,the activists with floating on the surface,a mere formality,do not pay enough attention to active life,it is ditticult to establish close contact and activists. Causes of such phenomenon is that the Party contacts lack a sense of responsibility,do not pay attention to contact their work. Strong sense of responsibility is the inherent power of the Party＇s external contacts,but also to protect the thrust of the successful completion of the work,is to promote the Party＇s own growth dynamic contact.Therefore,colleges should strengthen the cultivation of Party contacts the sense of responsibility,first of all pay attention to the cultivation of theoretical knowledge,solid theoretical knowledge,enhance the Party spirit,secondly is that multiple training,through various forms of training,strengthen the internal responsibility,at the same time,also want to pay attention to the feedback incentive, guarantee external power.
