摘要
目的比较微创稳定系统倒置钢板内固定术(LISS)与动力髋螺钉内固定术(DHS)治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的临床效果。方法选取德昌县人民医院2012年8月—2015年10月收治的股骨粗隆间骨折患者170例,按照随机数字表法将所有患者分为对照组和研究组,各65例。对照组患者给予DHS治疗,研究组患者给予LISS治疗。比较两组患者切口长度、手术时间、术中出血量、骨折愈合时间及Harris评分、髋关节恢复效果,并观察患者术后并发症发生情况。结果研究组患者切口长度小于对照组,手术时间、骨折愈合时间短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,Harris评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组患者髋关节恢复优良率高于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用LISS倒置钢板内固定术治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的临床效果优于DHS,可有效减少创伤,促进骨折愈合及关节功能的恢复,且并发症少。
Objective To compare application effect of LISS and DHS in treating femoral intertrochanteric fracture.Methods A total of 170 cases of patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture were selected from August 2012 to October 2015 in Dechang County People ＇s Hospital,which were divided into control group and study group according to random number table method. Control group was treated with DHS,study group was treated with LISS. The incision length,operation time,intraoperative blood loss,fracture healing time and Harris score,hip joint recovery effect were compared between the two groups,and the postoperative complications were observed. Results The study group of incision length was smaller than control group,operation time and fracture healing time were shorter than control group,intraoperative blood loss was less than control group,Harris score was higher than control group（ P〈0. 05）. The study group of hip joint good rate was higher than control group,incidence of complications was lower than control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The LISS has a better clinical effect in treating femoral intertrochanteric fracture than DHS,it can effectively reduce trauma,promote the healing of bone and restoration of joint function,and reduce the complications.
