3-甲基-4-甲硫基苯酚的薄层扫描定量分析

摘要 本文建立了3-甲基-4甲硫基苯酚的薄层扫描定量分析方法。用石油醚:乙醚(10:2)为展层剂,在硅胶GF_(254)薄层板上分离了甲硫甲酚及其二种衍生物,并用岛津CS-930型薄层扫描仪进行扫描定量测定,使用一点外标法,λ=255nm,线性化参数SX=7,反射吸收锯齿波扫描。每点含量在0~4μg范围内与峰面积成线性关系。本方法简便,快速、灵敏、重现性较好。平均回收率为101.6%,变异系数小于2.13%。 This paper describes The determination of 3-methyl-4-methylt-hiophenol by TLC densitometry. 3-methyl-4-methylthio phenol and its two derivates were separated with petroleum benzine-ether absolute (10:2 v/v) on a silica gel GF 254 plate, and scanned at λ=255nm by reflection mode, Zig-Zag scanning, SX=7, external standard 1-point working curve method. The concentration of 3-methyl-4-methylthiophenol in the range of 0-4μg/ spot shows linear reLationship with the peak area. This method is simple, rapid and sensitive, reproducibility is good. The average recovery of 3-methyl-4-methylthiophenol is 101.6%, The coefficient of variation is 2.31.
