摘要
目的统计比较高龄老年高血压患者药物治疗的情况,分析与高血压疾病发病相关的因素。方法选取我院收治的高龄老年高血压患者81例作为观察组,另选健康体检人群81名作为对照组。对两组受试者的基本资料进行统计学分析,分析与高血压疾病相关的危险因素,并对观察组患者的用药情况及有效率进行分析。结果患者体内物质代谢异常、不良生活习惯、患病时间、抑郁情绪、合并其他疾病、高血压遗传史均是影响高血压疾病发病的重要因素。在观察组中,钙离子阻滞剂使用率最高,为61.73%(50/81);两种联合用药率最高,为37.04%(30/81)。两种药物联合应用的效果显著优于其他三种用药方式(P<0.05)。结论多数高龄老年高血压患者疾病较为严重,治疗用药也符合联合用药的治疗原则;临床应充分了解高血压疾病发生的相关因素,并督促高血压疾病高危人群定时接受身体检查,做到早诊断早治疗。
Objective To compare the situation of drug treatment in elderly patients with aged hypertension, and then to analyze the factors related to the onset of hypertension. Methods Eighty-one elderly patients with aged hypertension were selected as the observation group, while 81 healthy subjects were selected as the control group. The basic data of the two groups were analyzed statistically to find out the risk factors associated with hypertension, and the drug use and efficiency of the observation group were analyzed. Results The abnormal material metabolism of the body, bad habits, time of illness, depression, combined with other diseases, history of hypertension were important factors affecting the incidence of hypertension. In the observation group, the use incidence rate of calcium blockers was the highest, which was 61.73% （50/ 81）, the combined use rate of two drugs was the highest, which was 37.04% （30/81）. The effect of combined two drugs was significantly better than the other three methods （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Most elderly patients with aged hypertension have severe disease, and the treatment is also consistent with the principle of combination therapy; fully aware of the relevant factors of the occurrence of hypertension should be performed in clinic, and it is nelessary to urge high-risk groups of hypertension to accept physical examination, so as to accept early diagnosis and early treatment.
