摘要
马来西亚颁布的新教师标准(MTS)是东南亚地区第一个基于胜任力设计的教师标准。MTS的颁布实施对教师教育工作提出了新的挑战,并在促进师范生形成新的教学认识信念、教师教育者的"言传身教"、创设情境化教学环境、对标准进行及时反思与改进等方面为教师标准制订和教师教育实践提供了一定的启示。
The Malaysia Teacher' s Standards is the first design of teacher standards based on capability. MTS poses new challenges on teachers' education, and provides some implications on teacher' s standard design and teaching practice, such as promoting normal school students to form a new teaching faith, influencing students through words and deeds, creating teaching situations, making timely reflection and improvements.
