摘要
应用有限元方法对导弹关键舱段间螺栓联接进行了随机振动分析。利用有限元分析软件建立了舱段螺栓联接的有限元模型,根据工程实际施加指导扭矩对联接螺栓施加一定的预紧力,静力分析与模态分析得到其振动特性。加载PSD功率谱,进行舱段螺栓联接的轴向随机振动分析,得到了导弹关键舱段联接螺栓关键节点的PSD响应。在相同随机激励谱条件下,探讨螺栓预紧力大小的变化对导弹舱段结构频率的影响,通过分析舱段螺栓联接关键节点处的PSD响应获得预紧力变化对舱段间螺栓联接安全性的影响程度。
This paper deals with the random vibrational response of the pre-tightening bolt connection by FEM method. A finite element model of the bolt connection was established. The model considered the non-linear contact state and the pre-tightening force according to engineering torque on missiles. The PSD responses to axial random vibrations are analyzed under the action of PSD power spectrum. The effect on the natural frequency of the bolt connection and the PSD response of the key node were investigated to obtain the impact on safety performance when the bolt pre-tightening force changed.
