中药新式灌肠法在胃肠道增强CT检查中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨中药新式灌肠法在胃肠道增强计算机断层扫描(CT)检查中的应用效果。方法将100例胃肠道疾病患者随机分为研究组和对照组各50例。对照组采用传统清肠法,研究组采用中药(消舒汤)新式灌肠法进行肠道准备。比较两组患者的肠道清洁度和图像质量满意程度。结果研究组肠道清洁有效率为90.0%,优于对照组的74.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组图像质量满意率为92.0%,优于对照组的72.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组胃肠结构、粘膜显示清晰,肠道气体、黏液少以及图像清晰无伪影等患者的比例均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论胃肠道增强CT检查的患者行中药新式灌肠法进行肠道准备,效果显著,安全可靠,值得临床上推广。 OBJECTIVE To explore the application of new-style enema method of Chinese herbs in gastrointestinal enhanced comput- ed tomography (CT). METHODS A total of 100 patients with gastrointestinal diseases were randomly divided into research group (n= 50) given new-style enema method of Chinese herbs (Xiaoshu Decoction) for bowel preparation, and control group (n=50) given conventional purging method for bowel preparation. The intestinal tract cleanness and satisfactory degree of image quality were compared in two groups. RESULTS The response rate of intestinal tract cleanness in research group was 90.0%, was superior to 74.0% in control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). The satisfactory degree of image quality in research group was 92.0%, was higher than 72.0% in control group, and there was statistical significance between two groups (P〈0.05). With regard to clear manifestations of gastrointestinal structure and mucous membrane, less gas in intestinal tract and mucus as well as clear images without artifact, the proportion of patients in research group was significantly higher than that in control group, and significant difference was shown (P〈0.01). CONCLUSION For patients undergoing gastrointestinal enhanced CT, application of new-style enema method of Chinese herbs in bowel preparation has significant efficacy and good safety, deserving to be popularized in clinic.
