摘要
以1栋典型的RC框架-剪力墙结构为原型,对其拆分装配方案进行研究。按前述拆分装配方案设计了一个2层2跨全装配式RC框架-剪力墙结构平面子结构模型,并对其进行了低周反复荷载试验,将试验结果与现浇对比试件的试验结果进行对比。结果表明:全装配式RC框架-剪力墙结构中的剪力墙可采用全预制形式,使用灌浆套筒和约束浆锚搭接连接结合的方式来进行连接。这种方式连接可靠,满足实际工程需要,同时可降低成本。分仓式灌浆法可保证灌浆密实,本文提出的连接方案连接性能可靠,可在实际工程中参考使用。
A typical RC frame-shear wall structure is taken as the prototype,and the split and assembly scheme is studied. A 2-story,2-span and fully-precast RC frame-shear wall sub-structure model was designed according to the above-mentioned split assembly scheme,and a low-cycle repeated loading test was carried out. The test results are compared with the test results of the cast-in-situ specimen. The results show that the shear wall in RC frame-shear wall structure can be connected in a fully precast form by using the grouting sleeve and the restraining grout-filled lap connection. In this way,the connection is reliable to meet the actual engineering needs,while it can reduce costs. Sub-grouting method can ensure the grouting dense.
