摘要 沈阳宝能环球金融中心T1塔楼顶模体系安装的挂架系统采用"地面大面积组拼、双机起吊及滑轮群协同整体翻转、高空平推法安装"的施工工艺。挂架系统在地面大面积组拼中施工工效高、组拼质量高;起吊由主吊机牵引起吊,辅助吊机利用滑轮群随遇平衡翻转,在整个起吊翻转过程中挂架构件无损伤及刚性变形;高空平推法安装操作简便,安全可靠。 The scaffold system installation of Shenyang Baoneng Global Financial Center T1 tower 's jacking formwork adopted large area combination on the ground,double machine lifting and integral turning in pulley group cooperation,and flat sphere pair stacking installation at high altitude. The method that scaffold system was constructed in large area combination on the ground is efficient and high quality.The crane was carried by the main crane,and the auxiliary crane was turned over by the pulley group,in the whole process,the scaffold structure was not damaged and rigid. It is easy,safe and reliable to operate by using flat sphere pair stacking installation at high altitude.
