摘要 以天津117大厦内筒水平结构施工为例,通过对核心筒钢梁吊装方法、水平硬质防护、楼板钢筋与墙体连接形式进行分析研究,解决了核心筒内部水平结构施工受到顶模系统的影响,将核心筒内部水平结构的安装与安全防护整合成一体。在楼板模板方面,为了保证压型钢板、钢构件同混凝土能有效地协同工作,在三者之间设置抗剪连接件—栓钉,实现钢—混的抗剪连接。楼板预埋在剪力墙内的钢筋为等强代换,将二级钢筋代换为三级钢筋,保证了预埋钢筋可弯、可调。基于以上关键技术,显著提升了超高层水平结构施工效率及安全性,具有很大的推广价值和应用前景。 Based on the level structure construction of Tianjin 117 Building,this paper analyzed and studied the steel beam hoisting method,level protection and floor template,the key technology solved the influence of the core tube internal level structure construction by the backform system,and conform the internal structure installation of the core tube and safety protection integrated into an organic whole. About slab form,in order to ensure the profiled steel sheet and steel members with concrete could cooperative work,we set shear connection-bolt among the three. The Slab reinforcement embedded in the shear wall which used strong substitution principle replace grade two reinforcement to grade three reinforcement to ensure the embedded steel can be bent,adjustable. Based on the key technologies,the construction efficiency and safety of the super high rise structure was significantly improved,and has great popularization value and application prospect.
