电力电子牵引变压器用高压IGBT模块的设计

摘要 为简化电力电子牵引变压器(PETT)的结构,设计了一款高压IGBT模块,其器件电压等级达6.5 kV,并应用软开关技术,使高压IGBT的开关频率达到1.8 kHz以上。模块外壳采取绝缘材料模具压制,绝缘电压达85 kV,有效解决了高电压的绝缘隔离问题;模块机芯采取抽屉式的紧凑结构,同时水电接口一体化,模块整体可实现快速插拔,提高了模块的功率密度。 Abstract: It designed a high voltage module for simplifying power electronic traction transformer (PETT) structure, which is equipped with 6.5 kV IGBTs and works by means of soft-switching techniques, to increase switching frequency of the high voltage iGBT to more than 1.8 kHz. The module shell can withstand 85 kV rated insulation voltage by using new insulation materials, which can solve the isolation problems of high voltage insulation effectively. The module movement adopts drawer type and impact design, and integration design of water interface and electricity interface at the same time, which realizes the quick plug of whole module and improves power density of the module.
