摘要
我国铅锌冶炼企业每年产生大量的铅锌冶炼渣。这些废渣既是一种危险废物,又是一种重要的二次资源。对铅锌冶炼废渣,提出磁化焙烧—弱磁选的工艺方案,该技术方案具有生产效率高、资源利用率高、节能环保等优点。不仅能有效回收铅锌冶炼渣中的有价金属,而且又实现了铅锌冶炼渣的无害化处理。
Lead and zinc smelting slag, a kind of hazardous solid waste, is produced in the process of lead and zinc smelting, which has become important resource, magnetization roasting- weak magnetic separation tech- nology is put forward in this paper, which has following advantages : high production eficiency, hish resource utili- zation, energy conservation, environment protection and so on. The valuable metal in lead and zinc smelting slag can be recycled efectively, and the harmless treatment of lead and zinc smelting slag is realized too.
